The Peak at Mulgrave Park brings luxury condo-living to West Vancouver’s British Properties

British Pacific Properties looks to redefine condo-living in West Vancouver’s British Properties with their latest project: The Peak at Mulgrave Park.

Located just off of Cypress Bowl Road in the newly created neighbourhood of Mulgrave Park, the striking six-storey concrete and glass building will boast only 14 homes — just two or three residences per floor. For all homeowners, this equals more space and spectacular ocean and city views.
