British Properties

Since 1931, their history has been interwoven with the development of West Vancouver and the North Shore. This includes constructing the Lions Gate Bridge – which opened the North Shore to development – and building Park Royal, Canada’s first covered shopping centre, the residential neighbourhood aptly named British Properties, and exception master-planned communities with a diversity of housing options.
