Taking River District to new heights

It’s remarkable to see how much Wesgroup Properties has accomplished in River District, the 130-acre community on the Fraser River in southeast Vancouver.

The 334 residences available at Harlin will cater to a variety of buyers, with studio suites plus one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, plus two-level city homes and townhomes with private garages. Each well-designed and appointed floorplan features elevated specs and modern interiors. Standard features are high end, like integrated appliances, gas cooktops and convection ovens, quartz counter tops and backsplashes. There’s a little bit of something for everyone, says Johnson.

The bustling Town Centre is just a block away from Harlin, alive with restaurants and shops which will soon include Local Public Eatery, Bufala, Lucky Taco and District Noodle Bar. Harlin is also perfectly positioned to enjoy the future Waterfront Plaza, a highlight of the community featuring an open public plaza, community centre and waterfront restaurants.
